Approval of the amendment to the right of use for frequencies granted to DIGI Portugal

By decision of 20 March 2024, and following the decision to revoke the right of use for frequencies held by DENSE AIR in the 3.6 GHz band, ANACOM approved the amendment of ANACOM Title No 4/2021 issued to Dixarobil Telecom, updating the references to the existing restrictions on 40 MHz in the 3.6 GHz band. At the same time, the licence holder was updated from Dixarobil Telecom to DIGI Portugal, Unipessoal, and endorsement No 1 was issued to that effect.
