Delegation of powers to Filipe Baptista, member of ANACOM's Management Board

By determination of 27 November 2009, the Management Board of ANACOM delegated to Filipe Baptista, member of the Board, the powers needed to take decision on matters falling within the remit of ANACOM’s Communications Security Office and the Image and Communication Directorate. The determination also involved powers of delegation with respect to the Spectrum Management Director and the Financial and Administrative Director to undertake acts which, encompassed by the services within its remit, are exercised by ANACOM through its agencies in the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira and through Porto.
