Port Plans for the Mobile Maritime Service
Under the terms of no. 2 of article 9 of Decree Law no. 179/97 of July 24th, the Instituto das Comunicações is responsible, through a proposal from the port authorities and after consultation with all interested organisms, for promoting the establishment or the change of the port plans for the mobile maritime service, as well as for the publication of the corresponding notice in the Official Journal.
Thus, in compliance with this condition, the approval of the regional and port plans described in tables 1 to 10 in appendix is made public.
