Order no. 23 665/2005 (II Series). - Under the terms of no. 1 of article 17 and of paragraph 3) of article 9 of the Regulatory Decree no. 13/93, of 5 May, engineer Manuel Pedrosa de Barros is appointed as ANACOM’s representative at CPEC - Comissão de Planeamento de Emergência das Comunicações (Communications Emergency Planning Committee) and engineer Jacques Coelho Afonso is appointed as his replacement should the former be absent or prevented from attending.

This order becomes in force as from 20 September 2005.
