The Portuguese Committee of URSI is holding its 3rd Congress at Fundação Portuguesa das Comunicações in Lisbon on 3rd and 4th November 2009. The theme of the Congress will be ''Radiocommunications: from the Earth to the Universe''.
The Portuguese Committee of URSI - International Union of Radio Science is responsible for stimulating and co-ordinating, on a national basis, studies in the fields of radio electricity, telecommunications and electronics; ANACOM is responsible for the organisation of its works.
