Regulation on the Quality of Service - draft revision (consultation)

As per determination of 25 March 2009, ANACOM approved the draft revision of Regulation no. 46/2005 of 14 June (Regulation on the Quality of Service), as well as the corresponding statement of reasons.

This draft revision is subject to the regulatory procedure foreseen in article 11 of ANACOM’s Statutes, and to the general consultation procedure established in article 8 of the Electronic Communications Law. A period of 30 working days has been set for comments in the context of both procedures.
