Declaration issued to CORED, S.A. for the provision of electronic communication services

By order of 10 December 2008, a declaration was issued, pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February), which declaration permits CORED - Comunicações e Serviços em Rede, S.A. to provide a public telecommunications network, as well as to provide voice services over the Internet, access to the Internet and virtual private networks.
