QSI and complaint handling system of CTT - 2006 and 2007

By determination of 13 November 2008, approval was given to the publication of the reports on the results of the control performed with respect to the quality system of the universal postal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal during 2006 and 2007. This follows an audit performed with respect to the quality of service indicators (QSI) and the company's complaints system. It was likewise determined to send to CTT the determinations and recommendations which aim at perfecting the QSI supervision and the complaint handling systems.
