Impact of the Essential Public Services Law on the communications sector

By determination of 21 May 2008, approval was given to an impact analysis on electronic communications and postal services of amendments to Law no. 23/96, of 26 July (Essential Public Services Law), introduced by Law no. 12/2008, of 26 February.
