RUO - Settlement of dispute between SONAECOM and PTC on non-compliance with levels of quality of service

By determination of 4 June 2008, approval has been given to a final decision in the scope of the administrative settlement of a dispute between SONAECOM - Serviços de Comunicações, S.A. (SONAECOM) and PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC), regarding compensation payments for non-compliance with levels of quality of service established in the reference unbundling offer (RUO) for response to requests to verify eligibility in 2006. The report of the prior hearing of interested parties on the respective draft decision has also been approved.
