Public Tender: Action Plan to Promote Security in Internet Use

A public tender has been launched (Official Journal 2000/S 34-020352 L-Luxembourg, February 18, 2000) in order to contract services in the ambit of execution of an Action Plan to Promote Security in Internet Use.

Bids presented in relation to this Action Plan, concerning illegal and harmful content on the Internet, should cover the following area: Assistence for self-regulatory bodies in the development and implementation of codes of conduct (12 months, renewable two times) with a budget up to 300,000 euros for a 12-month period and up to 800,000 euros for the entire period covered. 100% financing will be provided.
