Following the Resolutions for bringing Portugal Telecom's (PT) RIO Project for 2000 into line with the "Set of items to be included in the reference interconnection offer for 2000", issued by the ICP on 27 September 1999, Portugal Telecom (PT) prepared the corresponding Offer.
After analysis of the Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO 2000), alterations to the Offer were resolved by the ICP, on 8 November, under Article 13 of Decree-Law 415/98, of 31 December, which should be incorporated into the Offer.
