Introduction of mobile communication services on aircraft (consultation)

By determination of 8 May 2008, approval was granted to a draft decision on the introduction of mobile communication services on aircraft (MCA) and on the definition of the respective type of authorization. This draft decision was submitted to a general consultation procedure, interested parties having been given 20 working days to assess the matter.
