RUO and RCAO - dispute between SONAECOM and PTC on quality of service

By determination of 30 April 2008, a draft decision was approved in the scope of the administrative settlement of a dispute between SONAECOM - Serviços de Comunicações, S.A. (SONAECOM) and PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC), regarding compensation payments for non-compliance in 2006 with levels of quality of service, as regards deadlines to restore service (fault repair time) established in the reference unbundling offer (RUO) and in the reference conduit access offer (RCAO).

Pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, a prior hearing of interested parties was launched, SONAECOM and PTC having been given 10 working days to assess the matter in writing.
