Applications to Muxes B to F (DTT tender)

By determination of 30 April 2008, the applications submitted by Airplus Television Portugal (company to be set up) and by PT Comunicações to the public tender for the allocation of rights of use for frequencies of national and partial scope for the digital terrestrial television broadcasting service and distribution operator licensing service (Muxes B to F) were accepted, following a proposal from the Commission taking part in the tendering procedure, as well as a favourable opinion by the ERC.
