RUO - Settlement of dispute between SONAECOM and PTC on levels of quality of service

By determination of 16 April 2008, a draft decision has been approved in the scope of the administrative settlement of a dispute between SONAECOM - Serviços de comunicações, S.A. (SONAECOM) and PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC), regarding compensation payments for non-compliance with levels of quality of service established in the reference unbundling offer (RUO) for response to requests to verify eligibility in 2006.

Pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, the prior hearing of interested parties has been launched, and a 10-working-day deadline has been established so that SONAECOM and PTC may assess the matter in writing.
