Granting of a right of use for frequencies in the 450-470 MHz band (draft regulation)

By determination of 20 March 2008, approval has been granted to a draft regulation and notice, including the respective statement of reasons, of the public tender for the granting of a right of use for frequencies, of a national scope, in the 450-470 MHz band, for the provision of a publicly available terrestrial mobile service. It has been also decided to submit this draft regulation to the regulatory procedure provided for in article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes, as well as to the general consultation procedure provided for in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February, having been set for this purpose a 30-working-day time limit.
