Resolution of dispute between Tele2 and PTC over undue terminations of pre-selection services by PTC

By determination of 20 June 2007, approval has been given to the decision on the settlement of a dispute between Tele2 and PT Comunicações (PTC) over undue terminations of pre-selection services by PTC. This follows a request presented by Tele2 under the provisions of article 10 of Law 5/2004 of 10 February (Electronic Communications Law). Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing of interested parties, held following the determination of 26 April 2007, which approved the corresponding draft decision.
