Undue terminations by PTC of pre-selection services (complaint)

By determination of 24 May 2007, ratification was given to the decision rejecting the complaint presented by PT Comunicações (PTC) in respect of the determination of 8 March 2007 on undue terminations by PTC of pre-selection services, with waiver of a prior hearing of interested parties under the terms of article 103, paragraph 2, point a) of the Code of Administrative Procedure (CAP).
