Ratification of the determination of 21.2.2001

The determination adopted by the BD of the ICP on the 21st of February 2001 and which approved the new conditions of access to the Internet was ratified under cover of the Administrative Procedure Code by order of the Chairman of the Board of Directors (BD) of the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal (ICP) on the 22nd of August 2001, with all interested parties being notified.

The order now refers expressly to the reason for the inexistence of any prior audience for interested parties, correcting this situation and indicating all the subsequent alterations made to the said determination.
