Draft regulation of the procedures for the collection and delivery to municipalities of the MFRW (municipal fee for rights of way)

By determination of 6 May 2004, the draft regulation concerning the procedures for the collection and delivery to municipalities of the MFRW (Municipal Fee for Rights of Way) was approved.

This draft regulation, prepared pursuant to article 123, paragraph 3, of the Law of Electronic Communications (Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February), is subject to the regulatory procedure provided for in article 11 of the statutes of ANACOM, and taking into account its significant impact in the market, to the general consultation procedure established in article 8 of the referred Law.

The draft regulation shall be available for public consultation for a 30 working-day time limit, until the 22nd of June 2004, all comments being submitted in writing to ANACOM, preferably by email, to the address tmdp@anacom.pt.
