Imposition of obligations of narrowband retail markets

By determination of 15 July 2004, the draft decision concerning the document on the obligations in the narrowband retail markets was approved. 

PT Comunicações was notified, within 20 weekdays, to give an opinion on this draft decision, pursuant to the provisions contained in articles 100 and following of the Administrative Procedure Code. 

This measure is also submitted to public consultation, for an equal period of time, in accordance with the general consultation procedure contained in article 8 of said law no. 5/2004. The comments made by the interested parties should be written and sent to ANACOM, preferably by e-mail to the address  mercados_be@anacom.pt.

It was also decided to submit this draft decision to the specific consultation procedure, in accordance with the provisions contained in article 57 of said law.
