By determination of 25 February 2005, approval was given to the draft decision concerning definition of the market and assessment of significant market power (SMP) in the transit market in the public telephone network at a fixed location (Market 10 of Commission Recommendation 2003/311/EC of 11 February 2003) and to the issue of the corresponding general consultation procedures pursuant to Article 8 of Law nº 5/2004 of 10 February , a period of 20 working days having been established for the purpose.
Interested parties should send their comments in writing to ANACOM, preferably by electronic mail addressed to 
mailto:mtransito@anacom.ptmtransito@anacom.pt.
This draft decision has also been submitted to the Competition Authority for comments (Article 61 of the said Law) and to the specific prior consultation proceedings called for in Article 57 of the Law, with consequent notification of the European Commission and of the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of the other Member States, and to a hearing of the interested parties, pursuant to Articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
