Portability Services

By decision dated March 28, 2002, ratified by deliberation of April 4, 2002, it was decided not to make opposition to the acquisition of third parties' services related to call redirection to ported numbers and to management of portability procedures, for compliance with the portability obligations by the provider who does not have its own means to do it. The latter will be held responsible before ANACOM, the users, the other providers and the reference entity, (RE) for compliance with the obligations contained in the law and in other instruments, namely in the Portability Specification and in the contract with the reference entity (RE).
