In terms of a determination of 24 June 2005, approval was given to launch a public consultation on the capacity-based interconnection offer (flat interconnection tariff), within the scope of the provisions contained in article 6 of the Statutes (Decree-Law no. 309/2001, of 7 December), with a period of 30 working days for interested parties to voice their opinions.
