Renewal of the rights of use of the GSM 900/1800 frequencies (TMN and Vodafone)

Following a decision of 15th July 2005, ANACOM has approved the launch of a public consultation to be held concerning renewal of the rights of use given to VODAFONE PORTUGAL, S.A. and TMN, S.A. for the provision of land mobile services with the GSM 900/1800 system in terms of article 20 of Law nº 5/2004 of 10th February, with a period of 30 working days for interested parties to state their opinions.
