Report of consultation on capacity-based interconnection and specification for changes to the RIO

By determination of 12 October 2005, approval was given to the report of the consultation on capacity-based interconnection (flat interconnection tariff), launched following the determination of 24 June 2005, comprising the analysis of received contributions and the proposal for corresponding action.

At the same time, approval was also granted to a draft decision that includes the specification for changes to the reference interconnection offer (RIO) of PT Comunicações, in order to include therein the capacity-based interconnection. This determination has been notified to interested parties to assess the subject in writing, within a 10-day time limit, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
