Restructuring of PT Comunicações' leased lines offer

By determination of 7 November 2002, and as a result of the analysis made to the new tariffs proposal submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC), which concluded that its content is not compatible with the content of determination dated 19/09/2002, as far as compliance with the guidelines for costs explained in its paragraph 15.ix is concerned, namely regarding the prices proposed for the local extensions of the nx64Kbps leased lines, it was decided to refuse PTC proposal. 

Taking into account the time elapsed since the beginning of the tariffs reformulation process that provided more updated data indicating, as a whole, lower costs for this service, it was also decided to suspend the enforcement of determination dated 19/09/2002, as well as a reanalysis of the process.
