TVI telecommunications qualification

In view of the reorganization of the regulations framework emerging from Law n. 91/97, of 1 August, it was acknowledged, by determination of 20 February 2003, that to the network used by TVI - Televisão Independente, S.A., for the exercise of the television activity, is applicable the statute of public telecommunications network, namely for the purpose of applying the fees related to the use of the radio spectrum with the inherent consequences to the calculation of the fees and the application of supplementary-fees made since the entry into force of said diploma.
