Provision of a minimum set of leased lines

As decided on 6 April 2000, the provision of a minimum set of leased lines was defined for the year 2000, under the terms of Article 23 of the Regulations for the Provision of Public Telecommunication Networks (Decree-Law no. 290-A/99, of 30 July).
