Conclusion of interconnection agreements by PT Comunicações

Upon determination of 31st of May 2001, and under the terms of paragraph c) of no. 1 of article 16 of Decree-Law no. 415/98, of 31st of December, it was decided that PT Comunicações must conclude the negotiations for agreements to be signed in light of and under the terms set out in the determination of 21st of February 2001, within a maximum of 10-day period.

In compliance with paragraph c) of article 22 of said diploma, it was also decided that the interconnection agreements, signed within this scope, must be sent to ICP within 10 days, as from the date on which these are signed.
