Calculation of the sum of regulatory costs for 2024 fees - postal services

By decision of 26 July 2024 and under the terms of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of article 44 of Lei Postal (Postal Law - Law no. 17/2012 of 26 April, as amended by Law no. 18/2023), ANACOM determined the following:

• to approve the calculation of the sum of costs incurred in regulating the activity of provider of postal services, for purposes of fees payable in 2024, totalling 3,183,406 euros;
• to approve the auditing of relevant revenues reported by providers of postal services.
