Calculation of the amount of regulatory costs for 2024 fees - electronic communications

By decision of 26 July 2024, and under the terms of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Annex II to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December, as in force under the terms of paragraph 3 of article 10 of Law no. 16/2022 of 16 August, ANACOM has determined the following:

• to approve the calculation of the sum of costs incurred in regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services, for purposes of the fees payable in 2024, totalling 52,106,149 euros;
• to approve the auditing of relevant revenues reported by providers of publicly available electronic communications networks and services.
