By decision of 26 July 2024, ANACOM approved the draft regulation amending Regulation No 532/2023https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1772463, of 16 May, on the designation of the “49” range of the National Numbering Plan.
This draft regulation has been subject to the regulatory and public consultation procedures, according to article 10 of ANACOM’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851 and article 98 et seq. of the Administrative Procedure Code.
The draft regulation will now be published in Series II of the Official Gazette and, from that date, there will be a period of 30 working days for contributions to be submitted in writing and in Portuguese, preferably by e-mail to regulamento.m2m@anacom.ptmailto:regulamento.m2m@anacom.pt.
