By decision of 26 July 2024, ANACOM approved the draft regulation amending Regulation No 697/2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1496233 of 5 September, which defines the rules and establishes the procedures applicable to the regime of access to and exercise of space activities, taking into account the entry into force of Decree-Law No 20/2024https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1773528, of 2 February.
This draft regulation has been subjected to the public consultation procedure, according to article 10 of ANACOM’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851 and article 99 et seq. of the Administrative Procedure Code.
It will now be published in Series II of the Official Gazette and, and from that date until 6 September 2024, written contributions will be accepted in Portuguese, preferably by e-mail to reg.espaco@anacom.ptmailto:reg.espaco@anacom.pt.
