By final decision of 22 July 2024, ANACOM approved the determination to cease or adapt the practice of automatically activating additional communications allowances without the prior request or consent of the end-user.
ANACOM also approved the report of the prior hearing and public consultation to which the draft decision of 29 February 2024 had been submitted, and to which the following entities contributed in due time: 10993 S.R.L.
