On 15 July 2024, ANACOM approved the draft decision (DD) on the cost of capital rate for MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, for the financial year 2024.
In the context of the 2024 results of MEO’s cost accounting system, this Authority considers that the cost of capital rate of 4.6735% should be used.
This DD has been submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties and to the general consultation procedure for a period of 30 working days. The public consultation will last until 30 August 2024 and interested parties can submit their contributions in writing and in Portuguese, preferably by e-mail to capital.meo2024@anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.ptcapital.meo2024@anacom.pt.
