ANACOM’s Multiannual Activity Plan 2023-2025 sets out ANACOM’s strategic guidelines for the 2023-2025 period and main measures to be implemented during that period, with emphasis on those relating to 2023. ANACOM’s activities in the coming years are based on the following strategic goals:
- To contribute so that the whole country obtains the maximum benefit in terms of choice, price, quality and security of postal and electronic communications services, through active and demanding regulation that promotes efficient investment, facilitates the sharing of infrastructures and ensures fair and dynamic competition;
- To ensure maximum protection for the rights of communications users, throughout the territory and especially among the most vulnerable populations, by promoting a regulatory framework that prioritises information and transparency and that discourages and sanctions bad practices;
- To strengthen and hold regulation in Portugal accountable, through full respect for its autonomy, impartiality and independence, and the requirement of strict compliance with its mission, namely through the sharing of information and knowledge and the promotion of efficiency and economy of means and resources required to fully meet its accountability.
The publication is divided into seven chapters: executive summary; framework; strategic guidelines; strategic measures for 2023-2025; global indicators; human resources plan; and financial plan.
