By decision of 29 November 2022, ANACOM approved the public consultation report on the strategic guidelines for 2023-2025 and the multiannual activity plan 2023-2025, including the budget for 2023.

Radioamadores Litoral Alentejano; AR Telecom; Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (DECO); Carlos Nora; Carlos Miranda; Equifax; Ericsson Telecomunicações; Inmarsat Global Limited; Inmarsat Ventures SE; Fastfiber - Infraestruturas de Comunicações; Huawei Tech. Two other contributions were received, from Google and the Landal Parish Council, but past the deadline for responses to the consultation.
On the same date, ANACOM also approved its submission to the members of the Government responsible for the areas of finance and communications, under the terms and for the purposes of article 48 of this Authority’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851.
