On 18 October 2022, ANACOM approved a rate of 4.6896% for the cost of capital of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia for the 2022 financial year.
The draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1730004 had been notified on 1 September 2022 to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other EU Member States. On 3 October 2022, EC gave its opinion with comments that did not imply any changes to the referred draft decision.
The final decision now adopted has been notified to EC and BEREC.
