ANACOM opinion on Ardian Buyont/Grupo Aire merger operation

By decision of 20 July 2022, ANACOM approved an opinion on the prior notification of the concentration operation whereby Ardian Buyout Fund VII B would acquire exclusive control over Venega Investments and its subsidiaries (“Grupo Aire”). This decision follows a request addressed to ANACOM by Autoridade da Concorrência (Competition Authority), under the terms of paragraph 1 of article 55 of Law no. 19/2012 of 8 May https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice  (Competition Law, in its current wording).
