Prices charged by MEO associated with provision of the service of encoding, multiplexing, transport and broadcast of free unrestricted access television channels over the digital terrestrial television network (MUX A)

By decision of 20 July 2022, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the prices charged by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia with respect to provision of the encoding, multiplexing, transport and broadcast service of free unrestricted access television channels over the digital terrestrial television (DTT) network (MUX A).

This draft decision is submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure established in Article 8 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162. For both procedures, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days in which to comment (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
