On 2 August 2022, ANACOM approved the launch of a public consultation on the principal guidelines and strategic actions to be undertaken in the 2023-2025 three-year period.
It is ANACOM's intention to listen to interested parties and understand the priorities and needs identified by all agents in the sector, including consumers, users, operators and other stakeholders. These responses will then be studied and taken into account insofar as they enable more effective action by the regulator within the scope its legally assigned remit.
In this respect, in addition to other comments deemed relevant, stakeholders are invited to respond to the following questions:
1. From the strategic actions proposed by ANACOM, which do you consider as having the highest priority?
2. What other actions do you consider important and that should be undertaken by ANACOM over the 2023-2025 three-year period, taking into account the strategic objectives?
Contributions should be sent no later than 16 September 2022, in writing and in Portuguese, by email to plano2023-2025@anacom.ptmailto:plano2023-2025@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential.
