ANACOM's Opinion about the concentration operation ON Tower Portugal/Ativos NOS

By decision dated 22 June 2022, ANACOM approved an opinion on the prior notification of the concentration, which consists of the acquisition, by ON Tower Portugal, of a small collection of macro-sites of NOS Technology - Concepção, Construção e Gestão de Redes de Comunicações, following the request addressed to it by the Competition Authority, under the terms set out in Article 55(1) of Law 19/2012, of 8 May https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice (the Competition Law, as amended).
