Approval of CTT's request to deduct records referring to shipments affected by the COVID-19 pandemic for the purposes of calculating QSI for the year 2021

By decision of 11 May 2022, the Board of Directors has ratified the decision of the Chairman of the Board Directors of 6 May, which granted the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) to deduct records affected by the COVID-19 pandemic during the second half of 2021, for the purposes of calculating quality of service indicators (QSI) for 2021.

ANACOM also decided to waive the prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of point f) of paragraph 1 of article 124 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
