On 15 March 2022, ANACOM approved the final determination on the criterion to be adopted to assess compliance with performance targets associated to quality of service indicators (QSI) of the universal postal service, calculated through samples.
Approval was also granted to the report of the prior hearing and public consultation to which the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1714426, which had been approved on 29 December 2021, was submitted, procedures under which contributions were received, within the deadline, from the following entities: CTT - Correios de Portugal; Sindicato Nacional dos Trabalhadores dos Correios e Telecomunicações (the National Union of Postal and Telecommunications Workers - SNTCT); Town Council of Casal de Cinza, of the municipality of Guarda; Town Council of Marmeleiro, of the municipality of Guarda, and Town Council of São Tiago dos Velhos, of the municipality of Arruda dos Vinhos. A joint response was also received after the established deadline from Associação Portuguesa de Imprensa (the Portuguese Press Association - API), Associação de Imprensa de Inspiração Cristã the (Association of the Christian Inspiration Press - AIIC) and Associação Portuguesa de Marketing Directo, Relacional e Interactivo (the Portuguese Association of Direct, Relationship and Interactive Marketing - AMD).
