By decision of 11 January 2022, ANACOM approved a draft decision to be notified to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union, on the capital cost of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) applicable to financial year 2021.
ANACOM has also approved the report of the prior hearing and public consultation to which the respective draft decision was submitted (Draft decision approved on 21 October 2021https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1709756). Contributions in response to these procedures were received from MEO and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
