ANACOM approved today, 14 January 2022, draft decisions on the issuance of endorsements to the titles of rights of use for frequencies granted in the 900 MHz band to the three companies that won the 5G Auction (object of Regulation no. 987-A/2020 of 05 Novemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1573881) in this band, DIXAROBIL, MEO and NOS, following the decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1714915 on the exact location of spectrum in the referred band, in accordance with the provisions of the Auction Regulation.
The draft decisions in question were submitted to prior hearings of the companies concerned, for a maximum period of 10 days. The responses to these procedures will be analysed and the final decision on the corresponding title will be prepared and published on ANACOM's website.
