Criteria to be adopted to assess compliance with the performance targets associated with universal postal service quality indicators, calculated through samples

On 29 December 2021, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the criteria to be adopted to assess compliance with the performance targets associated with quality of service indicators (QSI) of the universal postal service, calculated through samples.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a hearing of CTT – Correios de Portugal, under the terms of articles 121 et seq. of CPA - Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code); a hearing of consumer organisations, pursuant to article 43 of Lei Postal (Postal Law)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1127982; and to public consultation, under point d) of paragraph 1 of article 124 of the CPA.

For these procedures, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days in which to comment (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
