Approval of CTT's request for the deduction of mail shipment records affected by the COVID-19 pandemic for the purposes of calculating quality of service indicators for 2021

By decision dated 28 October 2021, ANACOM granted the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) to deduct the records affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, for the purpose of calculating the quality of service indicators for 2021.

It was also decided to exempt CTT from the prior hearing, pursuant to Article 124(1)(f) of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
